Exhaustion and nausea seem to be competing against each other this week for who wants to be the dominant symptom. I'm pretty sure you can tell who's winning from the bags under my eyes in my weekly photo. Thank goodness for more hands on deck during Christmas so I could sneak in some extra rest.
On a positive note... I got to see baby's heartbeat this week and see my little jelly bean in there! This was the best Christmas gift I could ask for. All is well with this little one and I am getting super excited for our family of four. My official due date is August 9th and I am so excited that next year our Christmas will be even more special. It took a few weeks to sink in, but I think I'm even more excited for this pregnancy and baby than last time because I know just how special this time is and how quickly it goes.
How far along? 7 weeks
Maternity clothes? Sometimes. Most of my clothes still fit, but I prefer to be comfy so I've been rocking those sweet maternity band jeans.
Stretch marks? Nope
Sleep: I've been getting some solid zzz's in.
Best moment this week: Seeing the heartbeat <3
Miss Anything? My appetite.
Movement: No
Food cravings: Nothing - which is a bummer.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Everything-- thank goodness for Coke.
Gender: I'm leaning towards girl...
Labor Signs: Nada
Symptoms: Vivid dreams, so tired, wanting to vomit, and randomly sore boobs.
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Ask Mike.
Looking forward to: The second trimester.
